Brite Revolution.

If you’re a big fan of discovering new music, and you enjoy helping people while you do it, then you should definitely check out Brite Revolution. (http://www.briterevolution.com) I first heard about Brite when we booked Drew Holcomb, a Nashville native, to play a show on campus at Harry’s Coffeehouse. Drew has been involved with Brite for several months, and he has placed many of his unreleased tracks online for listeners to download. Other participating artists include Andy Davis, Matthew Perryman Jones, and Andrew Osenga.

Brite Revolution basically works like this: You pay $4.99 a month in order to gain access to the more than 40 new tracks posted by Brite artists each month. A portion of your monthly payment also goes to a non-profit of your choice, such as Blood:Water Mission, the Jimmie Hale Mission, Invisible Children, etc. It’s a great way to discover new artists or grab unreleased tracks while helping out people in need.  Definitely cool. Check it out.
